The Options We Offer
Sofwave
Ultrasound energy that stimulates collagen to firm mild skin laxity, with no downtime. Best for early laxity, not for jowls or a heavy neck. Learn about Sofwave.
Facial Fillers
Restore volume where fat compartments have deflated, useful for a depleting midface or deepening folds. Fillers add volume; they don’t lift descended structure. Learn about fillers.
Kybella
An injectable that reduces a modest amount of fullness under the chin in the right candidate. It treats fat, not loose skin or platysmal bands. Learn about Kybella.
Skin Quality Treatments
Lasers, peels, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare improve tone, texture, pigment, and fine lines. They make skin healthier; they don’t reposition anything. Explore our skin care and laser treatments.
When Non-Surgical Is the Right Call
If your aging is early, your concern is mostly skin quality or lost volume rather than sagging structure, or you’re not ready for surgery and want to address what’s treatable now, non-surgical options make sense. They can also extend a surgical result years later.
When They Won’t Be Enough
Once there are true jowls, a heavy or banded neck, or a midface that has clearly descended, the problem is structural. No amount of energy, filler, or skincare repositions the SMAS and retaining ligaments. At that point, more treatments cost more over time and still don’t produce the change you want.
The most useful framing: non-surgical treatments and surgery aren’t competitors. Skin quality work complements a deep plane facelift beautifully, because a lift restores structure while lasers and skincare improve the surface. A consultation should tell you honestly which category you’re in, and Dr. Lynam will say so if surgery isn’t what you need yet.
