For anyone that’s worked hard to lose weight, it’s a big achievement when you finally reach your goal. However, what most people don’t realize is that losing a large amount of weight can leave sagging excess skin behind.

Although excess skin can serve as a reminder of how far you’ve come, it can stop you feeling confident and comfortable with your new, slimmer, body.

If you have made a huge achievement with your weight loss but are now struggling with excess skin there is a solution. We perform a variety of post weight loss surgeries, focusing on the removal of excess skin, that will really give you your confidence back and complete your weight loss transformation.

Face and Neck Lift

A face and neck lift is a great way to enhance the jawline and improve the appearance of the neck. This procedure corrects sagging skin and muscles, removes excess fat and restores firmness to the neck and face making you look younger.

The procedure involves making small incisions behind and around each ear and the sculpting and repositioning of the facial muscles. Sometimes, a second incision is required under the chin to tighten any loose skin.

Face and neck lift results last, on average, 7 to 10 years but in some cases the results last even longer.

Mastopexy (Breast Lift)

There are several reasons such as pregnancy, age and substantial weight loss, that can cause breasts to sag or appear deflated. A mastopexy restores the shape and natural lift of the breast and increase or decrease the size of the breast.

There are three types of mastopexy that can be performed depending on the results that clients want to see at the end of the procedure.

    1. Circular lift

A circular lift is the process of elevating the nipple to reshape and lift the breast.

    1. Lollipop lift

A lollipop lift is a way of lifting the breast without the need for a lower breast fold scar.

    1. Standard lift

A standard lift follows the same principles of a lollipop lift although, an incision is also made about the natural breast folds.

Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)

The brachioplasty procedure eliminates excess fat and sagging skin from underneath the upper arm. It is an extremely popular procedure for men and women and involves the removal of stretched skin from the armpit to the elbow.

Brachioplasties leave a scar along the underside of the upper arm that is permanent but often not easily noticeable by others.

Circumferential Body Lift

A circumferential body lift is one of the best surgical procedures to tighten skin and contour the body.

It involves making an incision around the abdomen, sides and buttocks and removing a belt of skin. The incision is then sewn up causing a single scar and tightening of the stomach, hips and buttocks.
